Marie-Victoire Joubeaud

Marie-Victoire Joubeaud is a Partner at jasper avocats, where she leads the Corporate / M&A / Tax practice.

She advises on the structuring and governance of companies and corporate groups, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, capital restructuring transactions, negotiation of shareholders' agreements, and management and employee incentive arrangements (BSPCE, free shares, stock options).

Marie-Victoire has also developed specific expertise in private wealth and tax. She advises entrepreneurs, business owners and private clients — residents and non-residents alike — on wealth structuring and estate planning, personal and wealth taxation, international mobility and transmission. Member of the Paris Bar since 2013, Marie-Victoire began her career at Arendt in Luxembourg (Private Equity), before co-founding Joubeaud Associés in 2017. She joined jasper avocats in 2026. Marie-Victoire holds a Master 2 in General Private Law from Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) and a diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Oxford. She also completed a specialised curriculum in wealth management and international wealth management at AUREP.
